Caravan Fire at Galton way

At around 5.30 this evening bellows of black smoke strewn across the Cheney manor area of Swindon. Two fire crews from nearby fire stations raced to the scene near Cheney Manor industrial estate along Galton Way where a caravan was found to be on fire.

The two crews with breathing apparatus on attended the scene prompt to put out the caravan fire in just under twenty minutes on the edge of the industrial estate.

It is understood that there where no injuries at this time.
