Fly tipping on the rise up and down the country due to restricted hours from local council authorities.

As lockdown rules are slowly being lifted around the country and local recycling sites starting to open by appointment only, it is still a big concern for many councils putting more pressure on local authorities and the environment.
With unlimited fines and up to five years in prison for offenders being caught you have to wonder why.

With some local councils now offering rewards of up to two hundred pounds in vouchers for people to report and on successful prosecution. Wiltshire council campaigning to clamp down on fly tipping costing the council some 180k thousands pounds a year and they have to find that costs from somewhere.
