With the weather getting warmer and coronavirus restrictions slowly starting to lift now is the perfect time to get out and about to enjoy the diversity of nature.

Full of the great outdoors saturated with the birds chirping and a little sunshine on your shoulder and the different array of wildlife and nature and not to forget it is so good for your mental health and well being.
Being in and about nature its a natural source for your mental health to replenish your energy reduce stress and anxiety and let your worries fade away. In addition to this the sunshine is a natural source for vitamin D and with more sunlight around this can lead to less fatigue and depression. Your senses come alive with the different sounds and smells around you.

In the UK alone there are around 1600 different species of wild flowers and there is endless amounts of wild food sources that roam our forests and woodlands including mushrooms, wild garlic, nettles, wild fruits and berries and many more.
So next time you get a little down, get your shoes or wellies on and get out to enjoy the sounds nature.
